At Fusions Concept Ltd., we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, our return and refund policy below outlines your options.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Unused Products:

    • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

  • Faulty or Defective Products:

    • Products that are faulty or defective must be reported and returned within 15 days of receipt.

    • Products must be returned in original packaging and may be slightly used only for the purpose of identifying a defect.

    • You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit for faulty products.


2. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including boxes, bottles, caps, and accessories).

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Products not purchased directly from fusionsconcept.com.

  • Opened or heavily used products (except defective items as noted above).

  • Items returned beyond the stated return periods (30 days unused / 15 days faulty).


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • If you choose an exchange or store credit, we will process it within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping your return. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.


6. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred with your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
